Our normall posting days are Monday thru Thursday the following day after payment has been cleared. We do offer an express delivery service for important UK order, which we then use Royal mail's Special delivery. To use this service, just add the service in the postage upgrades options. Exceptions to this are Bank Holidays, Weekends, Postal Strikes etc. All orders are sent using Royal Mails standard service for domestic items. Overseas items are sent using Royal Mails Airmail service for all items. Royal Mails standard service normally takes 3-5 days UK domestic or 5-10 international. Royal Mail do state that the service can take a maximum of 15 working days UK, 20 working days EU and 25 working days the rest of the world. We do offer a variety of postal services as an extra, just add the upgrade service to your basket before checkout and the upgrade will be provided. Please see the postage upgrades for further details. However we reserve the right to utilise alternative carriers for bulky, heavy or urgent items. We can ship to any country - for Bulk and non UK orders please drop us an email with your order so that we can calculate the shipping costs. We can only accept payment in British Pounds Sterling. This means that any items that are returned by the postal service as not collected or refused will be charged at the actual postage cost plus an administration fee for the redelivery of the items. This is in keeping with the sale of goods act. We will in the event of items return, email the customer with the information of returned items and the cost of re posting. Payment is required within 7 days of the order being placed. If for any reason your chosen method of payment is rejected we hold the right to send an invoice for the full amount which then must be paid with 7 days. Orders which have been made by error, must be void by ourselves. This can only be done when the customer sends a confirming email, complete with order number to the site owner at the email address listed in the contact me section of the site. Without voiding an order the customer is liable for the cost and any external fees involved in receiving the money. Should you be dissatisfied in any way, please drop us an email and we will do everything reasonable within our power to rectify the situation. We try to give as much information as we can on all our items. Please email us for further information. Any items ordered by mistake, can be returned within 7 days, to comply with UK laws, return postage is at the customers expense. We also advise that a traceable service is used for returns. All items returned must first have emailed to try to advise of any problems, we do take a pride in the quality of all our own produced products. All returns must be unused/unopened and in resale condition. We are a small company and are always here to help as much as we can.
