To all customers of Ukulele Plectrums It is with great sadness to inform you that my brother, Richard, who ran this business, died on Tuesday 19th February after a long brave battle with prostate cancer. As it was more sudden than any of us were hoping, there are a lot of loose ends that were left untied, and as well as organising his funeral, we are trying to sort his affairs out, and have only now got access to his computer. He was based in Braunston, whereas I'm living in Yorkshire, and his mum lives in Kent, and are staying down here until after his funeral, which is on Tuesday 5th March. We will try and fulfil any outstanding orders, or a full refund will be given. As neither of us has run an online business, this is all new to us, so if you can bear with us at this extremely difficult time, it would be most appreciated. Kind regards, Andy
